HWE operate an in-house repair facility for all devices sold, using our RMA process we track repairs from request to return for investigation or repair to triage to bench testing. We aim for a quick turnaround time by servicing most devices in-house, if a faulty device can only be repaired by the manufacturer, we would usually advise a 4-week turnaround time.
We also offer re-programming services and firmware updates across most of our range.
